Town of Lloyd Police Report the arrest of the following:
CLINTON R. LUCAS age: 58
Highland, NY
Lucas was arrested March 19th and charged with Assault 3rd degree, Criminal Mischief 4th degree, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd degree, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation and Resisting Arrest after he was involved in a physical domestic dispute at his residence in Highland. He was arraigned before Judge Elia and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $2,500 cash bail and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on March 22, 2012.
DAVID J. MABRY age: 46
Fishkill, NY
Mabry was arrested March 23rd and charged with Petit Larceny. Mabry is accused of stealing a piece of furniture valued at $250.00 that had fallen off a moving vehicle that was traveling on the Mid Hudson Bridge in Highland. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 12, 2012.
MATTHEW I. MCDONALD-VERMEERSCH age: 19
New Paltz, NY
McDonald-Vermeersch was arrested March 24th and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 12, 2012.
MATTHEW H. NOBILE age: 20
Gardiner, NY
Nobile was arrested March 25th and charged with Unlawful Possession of an Alcoholic Beverage Under the age of 21. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 12, 2012.
VINCENT S. CERCHIA age: 19
New Paltz, NY
Cerchia was arrested March 25th and charged with Unlawful Possession of an Alcoholic Beverage Under the age of 21. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 12, 2012
JIMMIE J. KNOX JR. age: 44
Kingston, NY
Knox was arrested March 23rd and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. He was also found to be wanted on a felony warrant from the City of Poughkeepsie Police for Criminal Contempt 1st degree. Knox was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 12, 2012. Knox was then turned over to the City of Poughkeepsie Police on the warrant.
JASON GARCIA age: 30
Bronx, NY
Garcia was arrested March 22nd and charged with felony Driving While intoxicated and felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree after the vehicle he was operating was stopped on North Road in Highland. Garcia was arraigned before Judge Rizzo and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $30,000 insurance bond and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on March 22, 2012.
TYRONE A. CHEATHAM age: 30
Poughkeepsie, NY
Cheatham was arrested March 24th and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 12, 2012.
PHILIP L. ZAGARELLA 3rd age: 25
Newburgh, NY
Zagarella was arrested March 25th and charged with Driving While Intoxicated after the vehicle he was operating was involved in a property damage auto accident on Rt. 44/55 in Highland. He was released and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 10, 2012.
