Town of Lloyd Police Report the arrest of the following:
ALLIE E. SPERA age: 25
Newburgh, NY
Spera was arrested May 11th and charged with Grand Larceny 4th degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th degree, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. Spera is accused of stealing a credit card from a customer while she was employed as a waitress at Coppola’s Restaurant in Highland. She was arraigned before Judge Elia and released and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 15, 2012.
TOBY BROOKE age: 29
New Paltz, NY
Brooke was arrested May 12th and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 29, 2012.
ERICE K. BRADLEY age: 20
Poughkeepsie, NY
Bradley was arrested May 12th on a bench warrant for traffic offenses. She was arraigned before Judge Elia and released and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 15, 2012.
LUKE H. MAURO age: 29
Poughkeepsie, NY
Mauro was arrested May 13th and charged with Driving While Intoxicated after the vehicle he was operating was stopped on Rt. 299 in Highland for traffic violations. He was released and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 31, 2012.
JAMES B. VOSBURGH JR. age: 24
Poughkeepsie, NY
Vosburgh was arrested May 11th and charged with Driving While Intoxicated after the vehicle he was operating was stopped for traffic violations on Rt. 9W in Highland. He was released and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on May 31, 2012.
