The Town of Lloyd maintains the Historian’s department as a repository for historical information about our town. This includes printed materials, maps, documents, photographs, and related items. There are also many artifacts that have been donated to the Historian's department, but due to space limitations, only a limited number of them are on display.
This material is under the supervision of the Town Historian, who also collects and archives current material, does historical research, publishes articles and presents programs about local history. All of the resources of the Historian's office are available to the public. Please call or email the Historian to make an appointment and explore our rich history.
