PRESS RELEASE 7.10.07: TRANSFER STATION- TOWN OF LLOYD
The Town of Lloyd Transfer Station will no longer be accepting construction and demolition debris. It will be directed to the Ulster County Resource Recovery Center located off of Route 32 North in New Paltz. All household garbage deposited at the Town of Lloyd Transfer Station must be placed in tied plastic bags. Loose garbage will be measured and charged by the cubic yard.

Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency (UCRRA) Transfer Station on Clearwater Road in New Paltz 845-255-6358.
Payment by check only.
Please call Transfer Station or Town Clerk’s office for other fee information.
Dumping fees are used for the recycling and
transfer operations.
The hours of operation and fees charged are calculated to make the transfer
station self supporting.

APPLIANCES: All appliances
(refrigerator, air conditioner) that use Freon, must have a CERTIFICATE
OF REMOVAL, or there is a $25 per unit charge for the Town of Lloyd
to remove and recycle the Freon and the appliance.
NO UNITS ACCEPTED WITH DAMAGED FREON LINES WITHOUT CERTIFICATE OF
REMOVAL ATTACHED. |
