NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETING FOR: the application of The Village in the Hudson Valley for property on 3679 Route 9W, 188 Vineyard Ave., Route 9W, 12 Mayer Dr., 2 Mayer Dr., (SBL#’s: 95.2-2-9; 95.2-2-3.21; 95.2-2-10; 95.12-1-5; 95.12-1-15.1), Highland NY, 12528,  seeking commercial site plan approval for a proposed Continuing Care Retirement Community and a lot line revision to consolidate and reconfigure five parcels into two parcels.

 

Abutting property owners:  as a courtesy, because you own property that is directly adjacent to/or across the street from the subject property described above, you are hereby notified that the matter described above is before the Town of Lloyd Planning Board with an informational meeting scheduled for Thursday, August 22, 2019 which will be held at the Highland Fire House on 25 Milton Avenue at 5:00pm.
