Agricultural District Inclusion Application 3/01/2024 through 3/30/2024

Ulster County will accept applications from landowners to have their predominately viable agricultural lands included into a New York State Certified Agricultural District.

Landowners seeking inclusion must send:

• A completed 2024 Ag. District Inclusion Application

• A copy of the relevant portion of the tax map
• An optional description of the land

Received no later than Saturday, March 30, 2024 to Burt Samuelson at bsam@co.ulster.ny.us
