Heating Assistance through the NYS Dept of Public Service

NYS Dept of Public Service prepares an outreach and education campaign designed to help consumers manage their energy bills while staying safe and warm during the cold weather months. Many vulnerable New Yorkers face the challenge of managing monthly energy bills, as energy use can often be higher during heating months.
