Tentatively on September 12th work will start in earnest with water and gas service relocations in the area of house numbers 21, 17, 11 Tillson Ave, which will be followed by the installation of the retaining walls. Property owners for these residences will be made aware of the contractor’s daily schedule and potential temporary short duration disruptions in services. Traffic will be one-way for this work, with traffic allowed from NYS Route 9W to Vineyard Ave. Traffic from Vineyard Ave. will be signed and detoured around to Milton Ave. Stump removal operations will commence and be coordinated with Central Hudson Gas & Electric depending on positioning of existing gas services.
