TILLSON/TOC UPDATE, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2022

The ONE WAY from 9W to Vineyard Ave. still remains in place and will for some time.

The east end of Smith Terrace will continue to be closed. The first retaining wall has begun to be installed (see picture). The contractor is relocating sewer lines that have been exposed into the sewer main and also connecting roof and cellar drains exposed to the storm sewer to make sure all drain lines are located under the new retaining wall foundation. Line clean outs are installed as required.

There are two big trees to be removed, hopefully next week. Retaining wall construction will continue for the next few weeks. Verizon remains on Vineyard Ave. working on the moving of phone cables required for the realignment of Tillson Ave. entry onto Vineyard Ave.
